A bit of Maths:

3/100 * 1000 = 30 Milliliters

8/100 * 1000 = 80 Milliliters

9/100 * 1000= 90 Milliliters

Remember 1,000 Milliliters = 1 Liter


  1. Pour Glycerine in a big bowl
  2. Pour the required water in another Bowl
  3. Them Pour the Glycerine into the other bowl containing water
  4. Mix the mixture until a smooth end is recognized
  5. Add required desired quantity of die
