- 1 cup shea butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
- 1/2 cup sweet almond oil
- 3 drops frankincense essential oil
- 4 drops chamomile essential oil
Step By Step Guide On How To Make Stress Relieving Body Butter
Step 1: Melt shea butter and coconut oil using a double boiler method.
Step 2: Remove from heat; allow it to cool for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Add sweet almond oil and the essential oils.
Step 4: Lastly, whip your mixture until a butter-like consistency is reached. Place in a glass jar for storage.
