25% of 1liter will be 250 centiliters (Since 100 centiliters make 1 liter)
50% of 1 liter will be 500 centiliters
75% of 1 liter will be 750 centiliters

How To Produce Quality Anti-Coronavirus Hands Sanitizer
Step 1: Get a bowl for your productions
Step 2: Pour 25% glycerin into the bowl
Step 3: Pour 75% of Alcohol into the bowl and mix; then cover for use.
Step 4: Add perfume if desired
This should cost you N500
Caution On Making Quality Hand Satnitizer
Make sure you did not add too much of Glycerin; else, it becomes effective, and your hand will just be shining as if you use body cream.

I am sorry, I don’t know if it has another name, but you can use either Sepimax Zen (Seppic) or Carbopol Ultrez 21 (Lubrizol). you will need to mix the carbopol in distilled water before adding it to your production.
