If we must live in good health; we must understand how to take good care of our bodies. Although, there are lots of ways to take good care of our body; fortunately, Vaseline is one of the products that can be used in taking good care of our body; as it is cheap and safer to use.

Vaseline is made from a mixture of mineral oils and waxes, which create a protective barrier to help the skin heal and retain moisture. But it also does so much more… which is why; I will be discussing with you 20 awesome uses of vaseline for beauty and beyond.

1. MOISTURIZES OUR BODY

Apply Vaseline on your whole body or anywhere you see dry, flaky skin. For cracked heels, put on a pair of socks to lock in the moisture (and prevent future blisters later on).

Too much exposure to the sun, heat or chlorine from the pool can cause your hair to dry out, fast. Add a pinch of Vaseline to the ends for extra moisture and shine.
