You know, sometimes you see some people with a very healthy hair and you wonder; how on earth could someone have a hair like this. We also deserve to have healthy hair and that is what we are going to be doing today.

Conditioner is used to balance the pH of your hair and return essential oils and shine to your hair after shampooing. Making your own conditioner at home is a great way to save money and stop using chemicals on your hair, and most of the ingredients are already in your house.

There are always two ways to production: The Natural Way and The Artificial Way. But today we shall be going the natural way. Let me make it known to you; aside from making healthy hair conditioner for personal use. You can also use it to generate some awesome income. As for me my hair is bald already! So, don’t worry about me. lol

You see there are lots of benefits going natural not excluding hair conditioners. There are lots of money to be made here for those who are smart anyway.

1. Egg, Yogurt and Mayonnaise Conditioner: What is egg white? Egg white is the clear, viscous substance round the yolk of an egg that turns white when cooked or beaten. The proteins contained in egg helps repair white-eggdamaged hair. The proteins will  help increase the natural oils in the scalp thereby reducing dryness and dandruff; it also prevents hair fall. So, what is the function of Yogurt in hair conditioners.  It helps treat damaged hair and also make your hair soft and shining.

The hair conditioner is best massaged into the hair and scalp and allowed to stand for some time before it is washed off, in order to achieve maximum benefit. For the best hair care; it is advised that you should not use hot water to wash your hair or you risk cooking the egg whites on your head.

Measurement:

1 Cup Plain Yogurt

½ Cup Mayonnaise

1 Egg

Instruction:

Mix all the ingredients in a glass bowl ans stir properly and you have your awesome wonder working hair conditioner.

2. Aloe Vera or Shea Butter Hair Conditioner. This is very effective for split end.

Measurement:shea butter

1 Cup Shea Butter or 1/2 cup of Aloe vera

Instruction:

Mix either Aloe Vera or Shea butter with 3 tablespoons of olive oil to make it easily spreadable, then mix it over your hair after shampoo.

 

3. Avocado, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, Honey and Lemon Juice. This is one of the best natural home made hair conditioner. The following recipe combines many of the principles of homemade conditioners to make a deep cleaning, dandruff fighting conditioner.Aloe-Vera-Gel

Measurement:

  • 1 fully ripened avocado,
  • 3 teaspoons honey,
  • 1 tsp coconut oil,
  • 1/4 cup aloe vera juice,
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.

Instruction:

Use a blender to mix the following ingredients properly and if the mixture is too thick, add more aloe vera or some water.

  2. Nice. Was wondering the plain yoghurt is it the normal yogurt we buy from the streets or what? And the egg is to be boiled right? I don’t get and you can just explain little on that. I understand the other ones perfectly

    • Hybrid, Yes! It is the normal Yoghurt but it must not have color. You want to get yogurt that is plain, non-flavored and with no added fruit.
      And for the Egg; it is not boiled sir. If you carefully go through the piece; you will even noticed; I said you should not use hot water to wash your hair else you will be boiling the egg. This was how I put it “it is advised that you should not use hot water to wash your hair or you risk cooking the egg whites on your head”.
