I want to tell you again that exportation is not actually the way people are painting it.

Although, exportation can be simple and can be very difficult depending on the scale you are looking at. However, I will make sure I expose the real secrets about exportation.

Anyway, I shall be talking about what kind of products you can import and the products you should stay away from.

However, there are so many products you can export; depending on your capital and the scale you are looking at. For example, do you intend to do export business in a small scale? or in a medium scale? or large scale?

    • You don’t need tp spend so much on branding if you are starting with 20k. That is small but not too bad. At least you can always start small

  4. Bro,tnx 4 dis teachin n i v learnt alot…but as a first timer & cn i start with a budget of 20k???abt d packaging,where cn someone get original package nylon with seal?is d price of anything we wanna export is calculated by d KG? E.G IF I wanna SEND 5kg of wheat?hw will it be calculated

Your expert advise is needed here, a Friend of mine is in talks with a company in Europe that wants some Mineral products to be supplied them, they asked for a price quote which he has sent, and this morning got an email from them in which they were asking for PAYMENT AT PORT OF DISCHARGE as against the FOB,APAPA PORT he asked for.
    Is it advisable to follow through on this deal or should he insist on the FOB deal instead?
    For seasoned exporters, how do you advise he approaches this deal?

    • He should insist on FOB alone please! However, I advice him NOT to send any serious or sensitive documents to them.
      Oyinbos too are scanners. Please watch out!!!
